Anne ("Annie") is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney who represents clients in complex commercial disputes, including matters involving tortious interference, business defamation, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and breach of contract. She also advises clients on policy development, regulatory compliance, and implementing effective compliance measures in response to evolving legal and policy requirements.

Known for her strategic and thoughtful approach to advocacy, Annie is committed to examining every angle of a case to identify practical, effective solutions for her clients. Her experience spans high-stakes litigation, trial work, and appellate advocacy. Annie has secured two unanimous decisions from the Idaho Supreme Court protecting Idaho citizens' constitutional ballot initiative rights and served as a key member of the trial team that obtained a historic $52 million jury verdict in a civil defamation case against Ammon Bundy.

Before entering private practice, Annie clerked for the Honorable B. Lynn Winmill and the Honorable Candy W. Dale of the United States District Court for the District of Idaho. Those experiences provided her with valuable insight into the judicial decision-making process and continue to inform her litigation strategy and courtroom advocacy.

Annie is deeply committed to strengthening Idaho's legal community and expanding access to justice. For more than seven years, she has worked alongside lawyers, judges, and community organizations to improve legal services for vulnerable Idahoans. She is also actively involved in efforts to encourage and support diverse pathways to judicial service.

In addition to her practice, Annie is dedicated to mentoring future attorneys. She has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Idaho College of Law since 2019, helping educate and prepare the next generation of legal professionals.

Outside the office, Annie enjoys cooking and bringing friends and family together around great food. She and her husband also enjoy exploring Idaho's outdoors with their dogs, Stanley and Jac.
